Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your Parliamentarian membership at any time by:

Logging into your account and navigating to Account Settings → Membership → Cancel
Sending an email to info@parliamentarian.in with subject line "Cancel Membership" and your registered email address

Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.

Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription fees already charged. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within 7 days of your annual subscription renewal, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion. Please contact us within this window.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment due to a technical error
Charge made after a confirmed cancellation request
Annual subscription cancellation within the 7-day cooling-off period

Refunds are not provided for:

Partial months of service used
Change of mind after the 7-day period
Failure to use the membership services

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within the eligible period:

Include your membership details and reason for refund

We will process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Digital Content — Instant Delivery

All digital content — including online articles, membership access, newsletters, and digital magazine issues — is delivered instantly upon successful payment. No shipping is required for digital products.

Newsletter Delivery

Email newsletters are delivered to your registered email address according to the following schedule:

Daily Briefing: Delivered by 8:00 AM IST on business days
Weekly Analysis: Delivered every Monday by 9:00 AM IST
Monthly Digest: Delivered on the first working day of each month

If you do not receive your newsletter, please check your spam/junk folder. To whitelist our email, add newsletter@parliamentarian.in to your contacts.

Physical Magazine — Collector's Issues

For physical Collector's Issue magazines ordered through Parliamentarian:

Processing Time: 2–3 business days after order confirmation
Delivery Time (India): 5–10 business days depending on location
Delivery Time (International): 15–25 business days
Courier Partner: India Post / registered courier service

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship physical magazines to all major cities and towns across India. International shipping is available for select countries. Please contact us to confirm availability for your location.

Failed Delivery

If a physical delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided at the time of order, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.
